Where we come from

Born in R&D, built for flight-grade structures

Our core team formed at a composite materials research institute, where we worked on structural components for unmanned aerial vehicles and light motor aircraft. Vacuum infusion was the process we relied on — it's how you get aerospace-grade fibre-to-resin ratios and repeatable structural performance outside an autoclave. We brought that process, and that engineering discipline, into industrial manufacturing.

Vacuum Infusion

Liquid resin is drawn through dry reinforcement under vacuum pressure, producing a dense, void-free laminate with a controlled fibre-to-resin ratio. The process our team relied on for structural UAV and light aircraft components — now the core of our production capability.

Our process discipline comes from structural aviation programs, where inconsistency is not an option. Every infused part is produced with documented process parameters and fibre-to-resin ratios. We run the same tight process control in industrial production that we ran in R&D — and we document it, so you don't have to take it on faith.
We only need a prototype or a small run. Is that worth your time?
Yes. Hand layup lets us start with low tooling cost and adapt between runs, so prototypes and one-off parts are a normal part of our work — and the natural first step before scaling a part into vacuum infusion or injection molding with the same partner.
